Tex Mex Mondays?

When the first photo was taken, some woman rushing to Penn Station scoffed at me because I was acting like a noob. What can I say, I’m an intrepid tourist in my own city.

Also, last night I made delicious nachos out of leftovers. You don’t really need a recipe for nachos but scroll below if you want to see some melty cheese porn.





On the left is leftover steak, sliced thinly & heated up on the stove with half a can of black beans. On the right is leftover baked chicken, heated up on the stove with 2 tablespoons of salsa.

Covered everything in Monterey jack cheese, topped with black olives,  popped in the oven until melty, and served with greek yogurt, chopped avocado, & HALF A BOTTLE OF HOT SAUCE.

I’m a fan of hot sauce so picking one out of the many options in my fridge gives me anxiety. I picked two Cholulas instead!
